With djay Pro 2.1, we've introduced our djay for iOS Sync behavior to djay Pro 2 for Mac.
There are two ways to sync music within djay Pro 2: Beat Sync and Tempo Sync.
Enabling Sync on one playing Deck will adjust the Deck's BPM to the Master. The Sync button will be outlined in blue and Beat-Synced.
If you now play another track with Sync enabled or enable Sync on an already playing track, the two tracks will be in an active Sync lock and even adjust to changes (e.g. Backspins, Cue Point triggering) of the Master Deck. This state is indicated by a filled-in blue Sync button.
You can deactivate both states by selecting the Sync button again.
Please note: If you want to reset djay Pro 2 for Mac to its old sync behavior, please deactivate both the Maintain when paused or scratching and Maintain on song load sync settings in the djay Pro 2 for Mac General Settings.
