So you've got a new Mac, and you want to keep the party going with djay? All you need to do is follow the simple steps below to move djay over to your new computer and keep your DJ mix flowing!
For djay Pro AI (v3.0 & v4.0) and djay Pro (v5.0):
djay Pro is available to download in the Mac App Store. Simply download it on your new Mac, and since your PRO subscription is tied to your Apple ID, all of the PRO features will automatically unlock for you.
For older versions of djay purchased on the App Store:

In the App Store on your Mac, click your name in the bottom-left corner or click Sign In if you’re not already signed in.

Locate the Purchased app you want to download, then click the download button .
As long as you're logged in with the same Apple ID you initially used to purchase djay, your version of djay will appear in this list.

For older versions of djay purchased through the Algoriddim website:
Older versions of djay for Mac were also distributed through the Algoriddim website. This also applies if you have a CD license. To get an older version of djay that you purchased through our website, follow these steps:

On your old Mac, select “De-Activate” from the djay menu and authenticate with your admin password. This will de-activate the license, and show your license key for you to write down.

On your new Mac, download djay or install it from your CD. Then, activate it with your license key.
Additional notes to keep in mind:
- Make sure your version of djay is supported on the current macOS version running on your new Mac by checking our compatibility FAQ.
- To transfer djay’s playlists, cue points, and other data from your old Mac, please follow this guide.
- If you have your music in iTunes and want to keep using iTunes on your new Mac, you'll need to transfer your entire iTunes library to your new Mac.
