Mapping multiple actions to a single control
With multi-action mapping, you can make a single button, knob, or fader trigger more than one function at once. This opens the door to creative shortcuts like starting playback while launching an effect or layering multiple performance actions together for a smoother, more dynamic workflow.
How to map multiple actions
- Control-click (or right-click) the mapping entry in the MIDI Configuration editor.
- Select Duplicate Mapping for Control from the menu.
- A new entry for the same control will appear. You can now map it to an additional target/action.
Repeat this process to add as many actions as needed to a single control.
