Canceling your djay account

You can manage or cancel your djay PRO subscription at any time through the Microsoft store.

How to cancel your subscription

1. Go to the Microsoft Store and click your profile picture.
2. Select Manage account and devices.
3. Go to Subscriptions and find the djay PRO subscription.
4. Click to cancel the subscription.

When you cancel your subscription, you’ll continue to have full djay Pro access until the end of your current billing period. After that, your plan will revert to the free version, and Pro features will no longer be available.
