How do I cancel my PRO subscription on djay Pro for Mac?

You can cancel your subscription at any time on the App Store app on your Mac. Just follow these steps:

  1. Open the App Store app.
  2. Click the sign-in button  or your name at the bottom of the sidebar.
  3. Click View Information at the top of the window. Then, you might be asked to sign in.

  4. On the page that appears, scroll down until you see "Subscriptions" in the Manage section, then click "Manage".

  5. Click "Edit" next to the subscription that you want to cancel. Don't see the subscription that you're looking for?
  6. Click "Cancel Subscription". If you don’t see "Cancel Subscription", then the subscription is already canceled and won't renew.

Please note: When you unsubscribe using the above steps, you will continue to have access to the full PRO subscription in djay until the end of your subscription cycle or trial period. Then it's up to you if you would like to continue using the FREE version of djay or you can resubscribe at any time.
