In the v5.0 update to djay for iOS/Android and djay Pro for Mac/Windows, users now have the ability to use their PRO subscription cross-platform with the assistance of a djay account on up to 5 different devices.
iOS, macOS, Android, Windows
- Purchase a PRO subscription for djay via the app store on your device with a respective Apple ID, Google Play, or Microsoft account.
- Open the settings menu within the djay app.
- Tap on "My djay Account."
- Create or sign into your djay account.
- The active PRO subscription you've just purchased via the app store will then sync to said djay account.
- You can now log in with your djay account on djay with other platforms to use your subscription on those platforms.
Vision Pro
If you purchased a PRO subscription for djay via your Apple ID, you will be able to use that subscription across all Apple devices, including Vision Pro, iOS, and macOS. This does not currently extend to Windows and Android subscriptions.
Notes
- If you have purchased a legacy version of djay prior to v5.0, this does not mean that you will automatically have access to djay's PRO features. However, you may be eligible for a free legacy upgrade on specific platforms. Please click here for more information on macOS, here for iOS, here for Windows, and here for Android.
- Please note that our goal is to achieve feature parity for djay across all platforms. However, because core components of the apps are individually developed for each platform, such as Windows and iPad, the feature sets and user experiences may vary. We are actively working to align these apps as closely as possible, both in terms of functionality and user experience, to ensure a consistent and seamless experience across all devices.
