1. Why should I create a djay account?
- Creating a djay account within the djay Pro app is only necessary if you plan to use your license across multiple platforms. If you do not require cross-platform access, there’s no need to create an account, as it will not retrieve previous purchases, allow for subscription cancellation, or sync music library data to another device.
2. How do I create a djay account?
- To create or sign into a djay account, follow these steps:
- Open the settings menu in the djay app.
- Tap on "My djay Account."
- Follow prompts to create or log in to your djay account.
- Important: Logging in with a Microsoft, Apple, or Google account in djay does not automatically grant access to purchases made through their respective app stores. To restore previous purchases, visit the platform where you originally purchased djay and restore the app from there.
3. How do I delete my djay account?

On Windows:
- Open the djay Pro app and tap the menu icon (three lines).
- Scroll to the bottom and select "Delete Account."
- Tap "Restore Purchases" at the bottom of the upsell panel to restore your purchases.
- You can then recreate your djay account by logging in again, using the same email or login method as your previous account if desired.

- Tap djay Pro on the left-hand side of your screen, then go to Settings > Advanced.

- With the v5.0 update, you can use your PRO subscription across iOS, macOS, Android, and Windows on up to five devices. Here’s how:
- Purchase a PRO subscription for djay on your device (Apple ID, Google Play, or Microsoft account).
- Open the djay app and go to the settings menu.
- Tap on "My djay Account."
- Sign into or create your djay account, which will sync your PRO subscription to your djay account.
- Log in to your djay account on other platforms, allowing you to use your subscription across those devices.
6. Can I use my djay PRO subscription on Vision Pro?
- If you purchased your PRO subscription via your Apple ID, you can use it across all Apple devices, including Vision Pro, iOS, and macOS. Currently, this does not extend to subscriptions on Windows or Android.
