Cancel your djay subscription

You can manage or cancel your djay subscription at any time through your device settings. Follow this link via your Android device to manage your subscriptions, or follow the steps below on your device.

How to cancel a subscription

1. On your Android device, open the Play Store app.
2. Tap your Google Play Store ID at the top of the screen.
3. Tap Payments and Subscriptions > Subscriptions.
4. Select the djay PRO subscription you want to cancel.
5. Tap Cancel subscription.
6. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm

Note: When you cancel your subscription, you’ll continue to have full djay PRO access until the end of your current billing period. After that, your plan will revert to the free version, and PRO features will no longer be available.
