To reset your djay settings back to default, please follow these steps:
- Open the Terminal app on your Mac (located in the Applications Utilities folder).
- Depending on your version of djay, please copy and paste the following command into the Terminal and press "Enter":
- djay Pro AI
defaults delete com.algoriddim.djay-iphone-free
- djay Pro 2
- When downloaded from the Mac App Store:
defaults delete com.algoriddim.djay-pro-2-mac
- When downloaded from the Algoriddim website:
defaults delete com.algoriddim.direct.djay-pro-2-mac
- When downloaded from the Mac App Store:
- djay Pro 1
- When downloaded from the Mac App Store:
defaults delete com.algoriddim.djay-pro-mac
- When downloaded from the Algoriddim website:
defaults delete com.algoriddim.direct.djay-pro-mac
- When downloaded from the Mac App Store:
- djay 4
defaults delete com.algoriddim.djay3
- djay 3
defaults delete net.algoriddim.djay
- djay Pro AI
Please note that the following settings won’t be affected, as these are stored separately:
- song metadata like BPM, beat grid, cue points
- history
- recordings
- samples and sample presets
- video image and text effects
- MIDI mappings
