How do I manage my djay Pro subscription on Windows?

You can modify your djay Pro subscription on Windows in one of two ways: via the djay Pro app or via the web. Additionally, it is also possible to update your credit card, general billing information, and even download past invoices via the app.algoriddim.com website.

Option 1: Access subscription via app

  1. Open djay Pro
  2. Click on the hamburger button in the top left corner of the window.
  3. Click on “My Account.”
  4. Click on “Manage Subscription.”
  5. Your web browser will open, presenting you with the djay account page for management purposes.

 

Option 2: Access subscription via browser

  1. Navigate to app.algoriddim.com in your preferred web browser.
  2. At the login page, sign-in via your Google account, Microsoft account, or your email address.

  3. Click on "Manage Purchases".
